And it frowned and made the trees sway
I asked the tree why it swayed when the wind blew
And it sighed and shook its leaves
I asked the sun to shine
And it shivered and burst right out
I asked the flower to open and dance
And it did and the others followed
I asked the North Wind why are your brothers so loud
And they settled down
I asked myself what was missing
And the moon lightened and smiled
The  clouds furled away
The  stars ignited
And I kept quiet
And everything was perfect.

It's 3am and I'm up with a terrible toothache. Hoping the emergency dentist I called will see me soon. I need some Tranquility.

Not Goodbye Forever

Because I feel you all around me...and in my head and my heart. I could see you in my minds eye, but only as you were yesterday. It wasn't until I looked back at 17 years worth of photos that I saw you again as you once were....big and strong, but the biggest part always being your heart. You made our lives so much sweeter....a part of everything that we did and that we are....so we kiss you goodbye for now, but not forever....

Where does the time go?

It's flying by at the speed of light. It's Spring time again already. Time for flowers and bees and everything colorful. The earth is in bloom. Perhaps I'll get to my 'spring cleaning' by November. I'd much rather sketch and paint right now.

Tried Something New

Soldering! It's pretty easy. It does help to have a steady hand. I made these with prints of original artwork and glass pieces.
