Definitely... one just has to look at the photos of Elliott Erwitt, or some of Gary Winogrand's work to see how true that cliché can be...

Oh my goodness....absolutely. I just was told I am starting to resemble my puppy the other day! or maybe vice versa...Ahhh!!! Scary! I love this sweet painting!!

I work with animals so--yes! I think after awhile pets do look like their people or people look like their pets!
